Who we're looking for

We're early. We move fast. We care about doing things right over doing things quickly. If you've ever been frustrated by how hard it is to know whether your AI agent got better or worse — you might be our kind of person.

We're primarily looking for engineers who have strong opinions about developer tooling, have shipped production ML or AI systems, and find evals interesting rather than annoying.

We don't post job listings — we hire when we find the right person. If you're interested in any of the following areas, reach out:

• Founding Engineer (CLI + Infra) — Own the CLI runner, the eval execution engine, and CI integrations. Python and Node, strong opinions on developer experience.
• ML Engineer (Eval Quality) — Build better assertion types. LLM-as-judge, semantic similarity, structured output validation. Know what a good eval looks like.
• Developer Advocate — Write docs, tutorials, and blog posts that help engineers go from zero to running evals in CI in 15 minutes. Real technical depth required.

What to expect

We don't have a traditional interview process. We'll ask you to solve a real problem we're working on — usually a short paid project. You'll meet the whole team. We'll make a decision quickly.
